While working as an environmental designer at Smart Design Group, I worked on several projects for brands such as Wholefoods, Coors Light Silver Bullet Bar, Shake Shack, Camden Food Co, among others. One of my favourite projects is Tapas Sky Bar - an edgy restaurant concept in Denver International Airport. Working with the interior designer from concept to completion, I came up with the idea of using words and phrases from local areas around Denver for the laser cut panels. I then created the identity to reflect the industrial materials we were using for the structure and inspired by the 'pincho', or spike used for Spanish tapas.
